From 1924 the Carrain’s family manages its restaurants and the hotel All'Angelo. As years go by, painters, sculptors and famuous people of the interantional culture such as Matisse, Braque, Arp, Vedova, Santomaso, Guttuso, stayed at hotel all’Angelo. The many works of art exposed in the hotel and restaurant testify their stay. Particular attention merits the loaf on the upper floor from which the view on the Venetian roofs is fantastic. The breakfast rooms are decorated with paintings, pictures and draws by the masters of the Fronte Nuovo delle Arti which was born in these rooms in the 50s.
